RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Customer satisfacton is our priority at Southemisphere. However we will don't have policies for  return the natural stone pieces (agate, amethyst, pink amethyst, etc), due to the nature of the product. For those we will provide origin, size, material (what kind of the gem is) weight, color, dimensions. The gems are unique, exclusive in colors, shapes and forms. As a piece of art, it's subjective. Hope you will understand it. We will provide more details as we can. Also, we will be present and fairs and shows where these pieces can be appreciated.
